I understand that this is pretty bad thread necromancy, but it's better than posting an entirely new thread.

Take this build, swithc out [shield of judgment] for [ray of judgment], exercise proper balling-up aggro control, profit.

I have screenies if anyone wants to see of this build easily pulling off 24 of the nestlings without the mother in one minute.

Just one thing - [shielding hands] as it gets close to ending starts letting damage through for some reason. Just keep SoA up as much as possible.

The RoJ version is literally twice as fast as the SoJ version. Also, this should be on PvX - someone experienced with putting builds up there should do it; I really don't know well enough how to do it.
